"Well, 2 days ago, My daughter and I came to your store to get our navels
pierced. She is 17 and I am, well, older. Being an older lady, I was a little
bit embarassed to do so.
But Frank made me loose all my inhibition, well maybe not ALL of it. lol. But
he made me feel so very comfortable, not silly or vain, or worse, stupid. He
was the picture of professionalism and sincerity. I, quickly, began thinking of
the OTHER places I'd been thinking of piercing and knew that I would be
comfortable if he did them. That's a lot of trust in so little time! Mind you,
I only got the navel done, but should I decide, in the furture, to have more
done....I think Frank would be the same kind, professional and sincere person he
was then. Thank you Frank, for making a very anxious thing in my life quite
pleasant after all. You ROCK!

"The last time I had anything pierced I was 13 (almost 24 years ago)
and at that time, only the gun style piercings were available. For 3 years I'd
be wavering back and forth about getting my nipples pierced. I talked to many
people that had recent piercings and did some research online and found HTC. I
went down to the shop, got all my questions answered and had them pierced. Many
thanks to Dana for his friendly professionalism! I was completely comfortable
with the staff, cleanliness of the shop and the quality of the large jewelry
selection. I am bringing my daughter back to have her ears pierced for her 7th
birthday next month. How's that for trust in the shop? HTC is a first class
operation all the way!!!

"I have seen many piercing shops and HTC blows them all out of the
water!
The place is very big and roomy not at all cramped like most shops. It is also
well kept and decorated; very clean and relaxing. And to top it off, Kat was
considerate, and friendly; she was in no hurry, and took her time to be sure I
would be happy! She is an expert in the piercing field! I am from Ohio, and if I
want any other piercings I will come back to Arizona for HTC!

"let me start out by saying I f***in love kat! she made my experience
sooo nice! yeaaah I might have kicked her tray over and screamed but that's jus
cuz ima lil b**** when it cums 2 needles!! lol well on my 18th birthday [july
10th '07] I went in 2 get a vertical hood. I'd dun my research and knew all the
tidbits of info I just needed tha courage. so after my b-day dinner with family
& friends..me and my 2 bffs went in. kat spoke with me @ length abt all the
details and answered all my questions. u obviously have 2 feel comfortable when
ur lettin some1 u met 20 mins earlier stick a 10ga needle thru ur skin! kat
honestly made it great. ima loser who only took $40 out at the atm down tha
street so I cudnt tip [which I feel horrible about]..but like I told kat ..I'm
coming back with your tip & 4 another piercing! lol my nxt piercing has her name
written all over it..you did an amazing job and I REALLY appreciate it! if tha
hug b4 I left didn't say it all then I dnt kno what will!
